The attendant was not there when I arrived. Waited for them to return while looking for somewhere else to go. She returned and was abrupt and rude. I will not come here again.

Kim is great and informative. She took her time to let me know some safety tips for driving as a woman. Best emissions place

Dear Owner - I see that you only reply to customers that praise your business. Are you ever going to respond to the absolute rudeness of the lady working there? I walked up all smiles, nicely said I wanted to have my emissions checked and she barked orders, and rushed around all frantic, clearly angry that she was having to do her job. It was so over the top, I was stunned. This was mid-morning, so not right before closing as other reviews have indicated. I wanted to ask her if she was ok. She is clearly miserable. I will not be back.

Horrendous first time experience. I’ve never been to a location with this set up before, not even worth going into details but when the woman who works here directed another lady to pull in front of me, I realized I must not know the process and asked how it all worked. - she was scathing. So rude. It was comical really. Everyone has bad days - but it looks like this is a common occurrence based on the reviews. I tried to be extra kind in asking what to do/where to park and she was just that level of rude that catches you off guard. They seem to have other happy customers, and I’m glad. But goodness - it was shocking honestly.

I had the most unpleasant experience at this location today. The woman that works here is miserable & rude. She was rude to the gentleman in front of me and he left to go somewhere else. (I should have taken it as a sign.) She was equally as rude to me and in front of my kids. so I left and went to Take 5 down the street. It’s so unfortunate seeing all of these negative reviews of this woman, because it is a great contentment location, but we will not be back because of her.
